Tell us a little about you and your shop!
My name is Megan, and I live in Ontario, Canada. I am a self-proclaimed nerd who appreciates music, great books, art, inspiring films, important lessons, open minds, and closet intellectuals. I started this shop last year, when I was an Art History student, as a sort of outlet for all the creative energy that inevitably comes from looking at beautiful art all day. Since finishing my degree I have become absolutely addicted to shopping on Etsy and have developed a great appreciation for all things handmade.
What kind of materials do you use?
Most of the items in my shop are paper goods, but I also love painting, photography, and working with the computer.
Where does your inspiration come from?
I am greatly inspired by other artists, nature, and everything nerdy.
Who are your favorite artists/designers?
This is a dreaded question for me because my answer is always changing (and there are just too many great artists to choose from). Right now I’m very much into Mucha (and everything Art Nouveau), and Picasso’s work between 1901 and 1906.
What is your favorite item in your shop?
I would have to go with the Einstein Card for sentimental reasons.

I love the owl cards, especially in green and blue, but the tattoo bookplates are a very close second. I actually have a similar bookplate design sitting in my sketchbook, waiting for the day when my block-printing skills can keep up with my imagination… (I think that day is a long way off.)
