top five: the movies I never get sick of edition

It’s about that time for another Top Five. The first time around I shared my top five babes. Now we have movies that I will never ever get sick of.

Are they Oscar worthy? Probably not.

(They totally are in my head)

Are they absolutely fantastic? YES.

Almost Famous. This is my favorite movie OF ALL TIME. Forever.

Clueless. DUH. I shouldn’t even have to say more.

Mean Girls. If you know even the slightest about me, you’re not surprised with this one. I can quote it in and out and back and forth. It’s sad slash completely AWESOME.

Some Like It Hot. I saw this for the first time in my high school film class and fell in love with it. It’s hilarious.

The Devil Wears Prada. I own this movie on dvd but watch it every single time it comes on tv. For awhile, it was on like, weekly. Obsessed.

You know what, three of your top five are mine as well: Clueless, Mean Girls and The Devil Wears Prada. I just don’t get tired of them. #4 and #5 would be Empire Records and Dirty Dancing.

Yay! I can re-watch any of those girly flicks they replay on TBS all the time, like Legally Blonde and anything else with Reese Witherspoon.

Also, Juno and yeah, definitely The Devil Wears Prada and Clueless.

I love Mean Girls, Devil Wears Prada, and Clueless. I need to see Some Like it Hot for sure. My number one favorite film of all time? Er…Fight Club. I love that movie way too much. I wrote about it for a film class and to get all the info I needed on lighting, staging, ETC, I watched it 5 times in 1 week. And still did not get sick of it. I swear I found something new every time I watched it.

I like knowing lots of people love the same movies as me. Almost Famous, Mean Girls, and the Devil Wears Prada are definitely on my list. I’d add Empire Records (the billionth person to do so, I know) and the original Willy Wonka movie. If I could have a top six, Clueless would definitely be there. I’m a mess with lists, I always want to make exceptions.
