This is how I’ve been spending my summer days.

A pile of library books and running around with Edie outside. She digs in her pool and tries to eat the water. Then she proceeds to roll in the only small patch of dirt in our yard because she loves me THAT much.

She’s lucky she is cute.

Oh my goodness, how cute is she? I wish I could get Jack to go in any sort of water willingly. What books are you reading now? I’m curious!

Cute!! At least she’s not peeing in the pool- that’s the first thing my dogs do haha It was a major problem when I was little and wanted to go in the pool with them.

She is veeery cute. My cat would not do this… and that makes me kind of sad that she acts like a dog in every way except for the water thing.

Better to be outside and hanging with the dog by a kiddie pool than to be in an office reading blogs and doing no actual work…. Enjoy it!

My Sophie loves sand, so I know how you feel. We’ll be at my boyfriend’s parents house, and she’s take a quick dip in the pool, then roll around in the sand to help cool off. Ha. Such a mess!

Edie is so freaking adorable, I want to keep her!

what is with our animals and water though?! thankfully my cats can’t roll around in dirt although I’m sure they would.
