Why is America’s Next Top Model such a complete fail? Why do I continue to watch this? WHY? First, ChaCha, then Saliesha, then Whitney’s fake ass and now this??! So much fail in two years.

The big ass mouth and talking out of the side of it thing? She is so bad! And Sam in the final two?! Are you kidding me?

Whatever, America’s Next Top Model looks like the Joker.

It seems to me like the girls I actually think have potential get eliminated too early, yet somehow I can’t stop myself from watching even though I never have any attachment to the final few girls.

After watching a marathon all day Sunday, I missed last night’s finale but went to the Internet soon after it aired to discover who won … and while I expected it, I was still disappointed. I wanted either Sam or Analeigh, and yet they pick McKey. Meh… Disappointing.

I agree! Last night’s finale was HORRID. Annaleigh going home before Sam? Bullshit! McKey winning when she can’t speak coherently? Bollocks! She is supposed to be a spokesperson, I think that means she should be able to speak. Such crap. I don’t know why I waste my time.

I thought they were all so bad in the commercial…hahaha. I figured her or Annaleigh would win, and was betting the McKey would…just seemed like from what they always talk about her that they’d pick her. Meh. Runway was weird, neither of them stood out to me. So bad commercials, bleh runway…just bleh.

Personally I think she is a good pick. She is naturally beautiful which says a lot. Half of the girls on the show need ten pounds of make up and 3 weaves to look half decent. At least she had potential from the start.

I don’t watch the show because I can’t stand Tyra Banks. If she can be a model with that personally than anyone can.

Didn’t see but but glad that McKey won. That means my two faves this season Analeigh and Lauren Brie (I’m still upset she was sent packing when she did!) will actually have a career now. I mean, besides Danielle (who I’ve seen in Fashion Week runways) and Nicole (who I’ve seen in ads), what other winner has done any notable modeling?

OMG as soon as she won i turned it off pissed off and told fiancé that i wasn’t going to watch that shitty show ever again. Maybe this time i’ll hold to that. I don’t think McKey was pretty AT ALL. Something about her mouth being too wide and looking all manly just…ick. Not Model Material in my eyes.

I LOVE that you called out the side-talking thing that McKey did. It drove me crazy the whole time. And did you notice in the go-see episode she talked with a British accent? ANTM has been so disappointing lately. I’d like to say I’m done with it, but I know I’ll watch the next cycle. I just hope Tyra is a little less crazy next time.

The J’s gave it away when they said the season (sorry – CYCLE) had to be edited because the winner was “obvious” – uh, we didn’t hear a peep out of McKey for pretty much the whole time, so I guessed it would be her. Once again, not impressed, but hey, after Whitney and Jaslene, I’m not surprised anymore.

I was rooting for Analeigh – she’ll definitely go far. Maybe it’s better this way because now she doesn’t have the stigma attached of being the next top model, because really, asides from AusNTM winner Alice, do we ever hear from them again? Unless they are Whitney of course, and reappearing in the next cycle like fifty times.

I was reading something on yahoo about how Tyra should be nixed from her show for allowing it to become an epic fail. I stopped watching it three seasons ago. I tried to get into last season, but I couldn’t even force myself through the rest of the season.

Completely agree. Major disappointment last night. McKey? Serious? Ugh. And Sam in the finals? Ick. Of the 3 left Annaleigh was the best . . . how come we NEVER see these winners again until the next season when they spotlight “My Life As A Cover Girl”?! Oh yeah, b/c it’s a joke.

My favorite description of McKey came from the Go Fug Yourself Girls when they said of it “the hideous makeover that looks like a drunk stylist ran amok with some shoe polish and a Flowbee.” We need more people like the Go Fug Yourself girls judging ANTM! Then maybe someone like Marjorie could have made it in the top 2.

I keep swearing I won’t come back for the abuse that ANTM wreaks on my vocal chords as I yell at Tyra…and yet I come crawling back every season. So even though I’m mad about McKey and her freaky ass mouth, I’ll be back next season. I know, and so does Tyra.
