Amy Poehler is amazing. It would have been more amazing if Palin did it herself though. But really, I laughed so hard. A great Weekend Update!

ETA: I suppose I should add the opening sketch as well because I love me some Tina Fey!

I saw it last night too. Definitely thought she’d do more though. But Tina Fey was hilarious as always in the opening!

At least Palin seems to kind of have a sense of humor about herself. I think my favorite thing, overall, is how little Tina Fey actually has to make up in order to impersonate her.

Tina Fey seriously cracks me up. It’s just so dead on. The rap was AWESOME and Amy P is killing it being nearly 9 months pregnant. I hate to say it but it did make me like Palin a little bit, but I’m still not voting for her.

LOL! Great show Saturday and definitely a ratings booster!

Amy’s rap was high-larious!! I thought Sarah Palin would have done more (at least done one verse) but I didn’t really care. I was too busy enjoying Amy Poehler and it probably would not have been as funny if Sarah did it.

And yes, I was happy to see Mark Wahlberg on there. The “Mark Wahlberg Talks to Animals” skit was too funny. He sounded just like Mark!

I loved the rap skit! Obviously, I would have keeled over laughing if Sarah Palin had done the whole rap. I’m dying to know how that would have turned out.
