I’m alive, blog world.

I have not had internet in 3 days. I’m going through withdrawl. My Opera browser on my Blackberry crashes every time I open it so I’m about to throw it out the window since it won’t give me a fix either. I’ll be gone most of the weekend but hopefully by the time I come back Sunday, I should be back up and running. If not, I will end my cable company’s life. I can see it now…”Chicago girl goes on rampage!”

Quick updates:

- boyfriend is in Vegas
- I miss my puppy
- SATC was fabulous
- pomegranate martinis taste like candy
- Jenn is pretty cool even though it always rains whenever we hang out!

Where is puppy? Puppy didn’t go to Vegas…unless she has a blackjack talent that I don’t know about…Glad you’re keeping busy while bf is gone though! Bring back the net asap. How are things going with the new gig?

Casual weekend here. Lots of puppy time at the dogpark now that he can be trusted off leash again. Doing little house things. Lobster (yuck) dinner with my folks tonight which will be quite lame for me, the vegetarian. Finally (even though it has only been an option for three days) seeing SATC tomorrow afternoon. Martinis to follow.

I second Ben’s question: Where is puppy? I’m excited/super jealous that you got to see SATC AND have pomegranate martinis — both sound amazing right now. (: How long is your boy gone?

This weekend, my plans are to simply settle in some more and maybe go down to the coast to get some heat-friendly work clothes. We’ll see. I’m hoping that one my new coworkers will call me and invite me to do something, but I’m not counting on it.

My plan for today is to see the satc movie and hang out with friends I can’t wait to see it!

Our internet was shut off for 3 or 4 days a few months ago and we nearly lost our minds. I hope yours gets fixed asap!

I had an SATC Saturday which was lovely, especially with the gorgeous weather in Chicago. Hmm Pomegranate martinis are good.

Go get a Pomegranate Margarita. OMG, they are soooo good. They have them at Applebees (go figure), and theirs are so yummy. Highly recommended.
