snow, BlogHer and puppy paws

That was the view outside my front door. We got hit with snow again. Of course we would, considering the last snow just melted. I am very much ready for spring to get here! I hope the snow doesn’t continue on into March. I do not want crappy weather for my birthday! It’s at the end of March but still! We have seen crappy weather then.

Any of you lovely ladies going? I’m checking things out and maybe, just maybe, will be in attendance!

Last but not least, some puppy love. Don’t worry. The place won’t turn into EdieIsLovely.net! I’m just in love with her and love taking pictures of her every waking second because she is just so cute, I kind of want to explode. Puppy paws!

seriously? i hate this snow.

i went to blogher last year when it was in chicago (under the guise of “work”) – it was a good time, but i didn’t know anyone there. would be different now to go and actually meet some of my freaders.

Wish I could go, but no. Maybe 2009? I need to make major planning for a trip that far. It’s so sweet that your babies are getting along.

I would love to go but I JUST finalized plans for a big trip in June that I can’t afford so another trip would put me dangerously close to not being able to pay my property taxes. Maybe next year.

Who is that super cute other baby cuddling with Edie? I love puppies (any dog is a puppy to me, no matter how old they are.)

I’ve heard about BlogHer for three years straight, but I don’t know about going. I’d be too nervous I think. It’s kind of a big deal!

Oh I miss the snow, granted I can tell you’re pretty much sick of it, haha.

How could anyone ever get sick of such a cute puppy? I mean, I posted puppy pictures today too because there is no such thing as too much puppy.

there should be a Bloghim. But then, there’d only be about 5 dudes there, so it would suck. That’s 5 including me.

I like D’s reason for wanting to attend

God she’s adorable. I saw a perfect old gentlemen in a sport coat and driving cap walking a Welsh Corgi down the street and thought, “All he needs is a pipe and he’d be a distinguished Englishman.” Because corgis make people distinguished or something.

I had kicked around going to the BlogHer conference, but my camp counseling job runs the duration of July, so I had to nix the idea. Next year???

I’ll be there!

i was thinking about it but not sure…boyfriend and i might be going on vaca over memorial day weekend so i don’t know if i’ll be able to afford two big trips within two months :/

I can’t decide. I don’t really know anything about it, and while it’d be easy for me to just BART in (I live in the East Bay), I’m a bit intimidated by a) revealing my identity, b) the lack of agenda, and c) not knowing anyone. I might bug McGee to see if she’d go, haha!

I won’t be in attendance this year… maybe next? Oh, who am I kidding, I say that every year!

And I was thinking of maybe, just maybe doing Blogher this year but considering I’ll be about 2 weeks away from giving birth, I’m sure everyone would rather I just stay home rather than chance getting stuck in an elevator with me and having me go into labor. Heh.

OMG, puppy! She’s adorable!

Could you send some of that snow down here? I haven’t seen snow in a couple of years because (1) I currently live in Louisiana and (2) whenever I go home, it ices. Or just gets really cold and doesn’t snow at all.

About BlogHer… I hadn’t even heard about that. It’s definitely something worth checking out, but I don’t know if I can go. Might have a ‘big girl’ job or internship or something. *shrugs* What are you thinking?

Oh man- I’m COMPLETELY with you on the snow thing. The best was driving to class this morning, without working windshields, having to pull over every 5 minutes to clean it off with my sleeves. Ugh!
And the dogs? Freakin adorable.

I must admit that your puppie melts my heart, and I have never been a dog or puppie person (I am afraid of dogs), but Edie, I just want to pick her up and cuddle cuddle cuddle. She is just too cute, bet she even has the cutest little bark too.

I’m starting my great USA travel tour two weeks after Blog Her in San Fran, so I’m sad I’ll be missing out on going to that.

If you are going to BlogHer, you must tell me. I went last year, and, although it was a blasty-blast, it would be like a thousand times cooler with you there. I still haven’t decided how I would be able to afford getting out there, though… Wanna help me rob a bank?
