I have a serious case of puppy brain. I know some of you are probably like, “if I have to read about that damn dog one more time, I kicking this bitch out of my google reader!”. I know, I know. I promise it won’t be puppy talk all day, every day. So I think I may have reached the height of my internet fame a few days ago. I left a comment on Dooce talking about what else? Puppies, of course. I mean seriously though, have you seen Coco? She’s probably the second cutest pup in the world, next to my own Edie. And that Chuck, he’s so refined. Edie flops around eating her food, occasionally standing in her bowl while eating. Seriously, I can’t get enough of the puppehs. Anyway, I got an insane amount of hits from that comment. INSANE. Well, insane for my little blog at least.

All I’m saying is:

If you blog pups..they will come.

It has just been proven.

For those of you with no souls, that do not care about puppies, I’m changing the subject. I’m gonna talk more about crazy ass Tyra and ANTM this week since I didn’t write about it yesterday.

Tyra knows what it is like to be homeless because she was once…wait, no, because she once did a show about it. If that isn’t personal experience, I don’t know what is. Cameras following you and you’re face is made up to look dirty and homeless? Then go get chauffeured home to your ginormous mansion and sip mimosas while you wipe your ass with twenty dollar bills. Exactly the same thing, right? Yeah, so anyway.

Last night, I came across The Top 10 Designs of Season 4. Obviously, Yahoo doesn’t know shit, because a lot of these are fucking hideous. Your opinions no longer count when they include a WWE Diva outfit out of all the freaking designs that were made on this show. Seriously.

So today we are going to have Oh! How Lovely’s Top 10 Designs of Season 4. How do you like them apples, yahoo?

Lately, I’ve been thinking that I haven’t made a “real” post lately. My entries could be considered filler to some people; just fluff. I mean, puppy pictures, Project Runway recaps, contests are mainly all I’ve had up recently. Then again, what exactly  constitutes a “real” post? I know I am not the best writer. Sometimes my grammar and punctuation is off. I’m not witty and bring you to tears hilarious. I ramble on and on. Then I realize, every post I make doesn’t have to be perfect. They don’t have to be thought provoking, moving people to tears and Pulitzer worthy every time I crank one out. I suppose if that was what I did, I’d basically just be trying too hard. Let’s face it, you can totally tell when someone is forcing it. But then, there are some people who could write about the fly on the wall and make it sound beautiful without even trying, because that is just how they write.

That’s the beauty of blogging. Nothing has to be perfect. You can write what you want, no matter what it is. I don’t have a direction or a certain theme I blog about and I don’t HAVE to have one, unless I want one. I could throw haikus about Harry Potter up here one day, do a week straight of Tyra gifs, recap fucking Hannah Montana if I wanted to!  Yeah, I might not have many readers, but sometimes I forget that blogging isn’t about your stats or comments. It’s definitely awesome when people take time to comment, but is that really why I started this all in the first place? Nope. It was just my outlet, my little corner of the internet to say and do whatever I want.

Don’t get me wrong, I adore my readers and those who comment but I have to tell myself, my blog doesn’t have to be shiny and happy all the time. My posts don’t always have to be award winning quality. Some people really like to find blogs that are like that and that’s totally fine. It’s just not here. My blog isn’t about anything in particular. My blog just is.

This post isn’t me begging to be validated in what I do. Or asking for you to tell me I am a great writer and the funniest person in bloggy world. It’s just me saying what I have to say.

With that, here is how my Edie slept last night. She was passed out!

That was the view outside my front door. We got hit with snow again. Of course we would, considering the last snow just melted. I am very much ready for spring to get here! I hope the snow doesn’t continue on into March. I do not want crappy weather for my birthday! It’s at the end of March but still! We have seen crappy weather then.

Any of you lovely ladies going? I’m checking things out and maybe, just maybe, will be in attendance!

Last but not least, some puppy love. Don’t worry. The place won’t turn into EdieIsLovely.net! I’m just in love with her and love taking pictures of her every waking second because she is just so cute, I kind of want to explode. Puppy paws!

Edie had a good night. She decided at about 2:00 AM she was more interested in playing than sleeping, other than that, we did very well. She really likes to nip and nibble when she is playing and she has sharp little teeth. Her current favorite thing is to sit on my chest when I’m laying down and paw at my face and rub up against me. She has the softest fur ever! She likes to try to chew on EVERYTHING, from her toys, to corners of pillows, my camera when I’m shoving it in her face trying to take pictures and just right now she tried to eat the corner of my MacBook. She always sits down when she eats or she brings her food by me and goes back and forth. We are working on the potty thing. When we go outside she sits by my feet and it takes a while for her to go. When we are inside and she will go on her puppy pads which is good. I’m going to work on completely housebreaking her though.

Gretch-a-sketch asked why I named her Edie. When I seen Factory Girl awhile ago, I decided Edie would be a cute name for a puppy. Not because I’m like ‘OMG Edie Sedgewick!?@’ It just seemed cute. It completely suits her too. That is how I got my little Edie’s name.

Clueless Cat asked how big she is going to get. Edie will probably get at her biggest about 27 pounds. She’s going to be bigger than my other dogs but not huuge.

Here she is!

This is my new puppy, Edie!

She was born December 17th. She is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I picked her up from the breeder today and I’m in love. She just barked at me for the first time while I’m writing this. She loves to play and chew on her toys, my hands or my hair. Edie also has to be on top of me whenever I do something. It took forever for me to start this post because she kept trying to climb on my MacBook. She just fell asleep next to me on my bed. She’s so freaking cute. I can’t even stand it!

I’ve been a sucky blogger. I haven’t commented, read or written. I’m still on the verge of something exciting! No one knows but Jenn! (shh!) I’m very excited and hopefully, I can share the news later today! If not today, for sure tomorrow!

In other news,  I seen Charlie Barlett. Anton Yelchin, played Charlie, was great, in my opinion. His character was all over the place and he didn’t miss a beat. He was fantastic. Definitely something I’d recommend.

A brief recap here, I’m working on getting something extra super amazing awesome and hopefully it will all come through! Also, throwing in some thoughts on Top Model last night after the PR recap!

ANTM starts tonight. I don’t think I’m ready after Dora the Explorer’s unfortunate win last cycle.
