6 more days

Only 6 more days of NaBloPoMoFo. I am almost there! You are almost there!

This has been the laziest 4 day weekend ever in my life. I’m almost embarrassed of my pure laziness. Yeah, I was that lazy.

Here is what I did:

- ate
- read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for the 37th time
- watched Grey’s Anatomy DVDs, also for the 37th time

Sounds like fun? Iknowright.

I don’t even care though, I’m enjoy my lazy days while they last. Come January, I will have my ass kicked for 2 months when semester starts. My schedule will be insane and I will probably cry from the sheer lack of time do anything else than school or work. Really, it is going to be bad.

Starting January 14th:

Monday and Wednesday
- Math class @ 8:15. No one should ever have a math class at 8:15, especially me. I am not a morning person or a math person but it was take the early class with the nice, helpful teacher or take the later class with the mean, mad, makes everyone drop his class because it is so bad teacher. I chose the nice, helpful teacher and I will hope he will take pity on my cranky, terrible at math self and pass me with a decent grade.

-Psych class @ 11:30 or something like that. Psych, fine, whatever, no big deal.

- Nursing assistant class @ 3:30. 3:30 until 9:50. 6 hours and 20 minutes. Seriously. This class is only for 8 weeks but still, 6 hours. 20 minutes.

I will be at school from 8:00AM-10:00PM.

Thursday
- Nursing class. 3:30-9:50

Are you jealous yet?

Tuesday and Friday
- work. I work usually 10-11 hour days.

So yeah, that is an awesome schedule. I know everyone wishes they were me, so they can have that week. I’m glad that the Nursing class is only 8 weeks, so after those 8 weeks I will only have two classes Monday and Wednesday until 1:00PM or something. I will probably end up picking up Thursdays at work then. For two months it will be rough, but I’ll get it done and, hopefully, still be alive after it all. Or hey! Maybe it will be like super stressful and I will lose like 30 million pounds and be a perfect size 4. Well, now, 8 weeks of hell = size 4? I can deal with that.

Just kidding!

Okay, maybe not about the 4, that would be awesome.

Anyway, lovelies, I hope you all enjoyed your weekend, whether is it was 4 days or 2 days!

Oh, how I can sympathize.

I didn’t do anything I needed to this weekend, and that’s going to make this next week suck. A lot.

In fact, I’m headed from my parent’s house back to mine in about an hour, and when I get back home, I’ve got to write a paper. Yikes!

Anyways, good luck with this next week, and hey, don’t feel too bad. We all need a break now and then, eh?

Congrats on almost making it through the month! I was pretty much apathetic all week!!

I love Grey’s. Having seasons 1-3 on DVD is why I never get anything done.

I’ve been so lazy lately that I’m actually proud of myself for the energy it’s taking to read and comment on this blog post. Haha.

Ugh. You deserve a lazy weekend with that kind of semester coming up.

i hear ya on the lazy weekend! i did absolutely nothing.. and i love it! (not very helpful for NaBloPoMo though!) Can’t wait til Dec 1 :) I’ve written less posts this month, but for some reason its felt too damn hard! Hmm I hope you’re going on a vacation before your classes start :)

Hello Jamie..

Thanks for stopping by my site! Mario Galaxy is pretty fun, although I’ve only played it a couple of hours so far… darn the busyness that is my life!

I like your blog.. I think I am going to have to start stopping by more often!

Oh man, that is a rough semester! I do not look forward to the day when I get my act together and go to grad school. Just remember to breathe, and that it will all be so worth it in the end. And do NOT feel guilty for having such a lazy weekend–it’s definitely a good idea to rest up now before all that craziness begins! Or you can always blame the laziness on the tryptophan or whatever it is in turkey that makes us tired.

Uffda, that schedule sounds rough. THIS is why I am not totally excited about going back to grad school!!

Long weekends are made for laziness, so don’t be ashamed! Also, I admire you for the nursing classes. My nursing career ambition stopped when I had to drop Microbiology because I was failing. That cell stuff is hard!

i’m in love with harry potter. just saying. deathly hallows is. INCREDIBLE.

and ouch! that’s one helluva schedule!! bask in the holiday season because you are so right – you’re going to be one busy girl!!

good for you for making it this far. i never thought it would be so hard!
and enjoy the lazy days while you can – there is nothing wrong with them :)

The watching of Grey’s Anatomy over and over? That is how I am with the Office. It sure beats being productive though, right?

Just wanted you to know that I tagged you for a meme on my blog. Thought it would be fun..if you’re interested go take a look. :)

3:30-9:50??? Are you kidding me?

I’m excited I haven’t effed up NaBloPoMo!

I empathize with your crazy schedule. I used to have one like it. I’m sure you’ll get through it!

[Reply]

We are totally going to win NaBloPoMo! And if it wasn’t for this exercise in patience, I never would’ve found your blog.

When I was in school, I thought it was best to put all my classes on two days, but I ended up in school from 8am – 9pm, with lengthy breaks in between that made me just want to skip my last class. Which I did a lot of.

Good luck to you in January!

[Reply]

Ahhh I am NOT jealous of your upcoming schedule!! I have about 4 classes left until I am completely finished with graduate school. I actually have really mixed feelings about it…but then, my schedule isn’t as crazy as yours is going to be!

[Reply]

whoa. the other weekend, all i did was re-read the deathly hallows and watch old grey’s dvds. weird. and i work and go to school during the week. 3 classes, and 10 hour workdays. wait, are we the same person?

[Reply]

My husband read this over my shoulder going “Harry Potter…check, Grey’s Anatomy…check” He’s determined you are my blog twin or something.

Sorry to hear about the rough schedule, it sounds like it sucks :(
